Timesheet Calculator
Log your shifts for the week or pay period and get an instant, printable timesheet total.
How to use this timesheet calculator
Each row is one shift. Enter your clock-in and clock-out time, toggle AM or PM, and add a break if you took one — the row's total updates instantly. Click + Add Row to keep going: a single week, a two-week pay period, or a full month all fit in one running timesheet, with a dashed line automatically marking where each new week starts.
When your timesheet is complete, enter your hourly rate to see total earnings alongside total hours, then use Print / Save PDF for a clean copy — the buttons and extra sections are hidden automatically so what prints looks like a real timesheet, ready to submit or file.
Weekly vs. biweekly timesheets
For a weekly timesheet, add up to seven rows and read your total straight off the bottom of the card. For a biweekly timesheet, keep adding rows past day seven — the calculator automatically starts a new week and, if you turn on the Overtime toggle, applies your overtime threshold to each week separately rather than to the two-week total.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use this as a weekly timesheet calculator? Yes. Add up to seven rows for a standard work week — the calculator totals hours and pay automatically as you go.
Can I use this as a biweekly timesheet calculator? Yes. Keep clicking + Add Row past the first week; the calculator marks the start of each new week and, with Overtime turned on, applies your threshold per week rather than across the full pay period.
Can I print a blank timesheet template? This tool is a fillable timesheet rather than a blank printable template — enter your hours first, then use Print / Save PDF to get a clean, ready-to-submit copy with your totals already calculated.
Does the timesheet save automatically? Entries stay in your browser while the page is open. For timesheets you need to keep long-term, download the free Work Hour Book app for Android (iOS coming soon), which saves your history on your device.
Can I track multiple employees or clients on one timesheet? This calculator handles one timesheet at a time. For tracking multiple clients separately, see the freelance hours calculator, or fill out and print a separate timesheet per person.
