Work Hour Book ("the app," "we," "us") is a work-hours and pay calculator that helps you track shifts, breaks, overtime, and earnings. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. In short: your timesheet data stays on your device, and the only information that leaves your device is what is strictly needed to process an optional Premium purchase.
Everything you enter into Work Hour Book — your clients, hourly rates, shifts, breaks, notes, overtime settings, and paid/unpaid status — is stored locally on your Android device using the device's own storage. We do not have a server, we do not have accounts, and we cannot see, access, or back up your timesheet data.
If you uninstall the app, this local data is removed by the operating system. Please export or note anything you want to keep first.
Work Hour Book is free to use. You can optionally upgrade to Premium (a monthly or a yearly subscription) to unlock unlimited clients, PDF timesheet export, and overtime tracking. Purchases are handled by two services:
This information is used only to deliver Premium: to unlock features, to keep your subscription status accurate across reinstalls and devices, and to prevent fraud. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

If you turn on App Lock, Work Hour Book uses your device's built-in fingerprint, face, or PIN check to unlock the app. This authentication is performed entirely by your device's operating system. The app never receives, stores, or transmits your biometric data — it only receives a success or failure result.
With your permission, Work Hour Book shows local notifications — for example, an ongoing notification for a shift you are currently clocked into, and reminders. These are generated on your device and are not sent through any external server.
Work Hour Book is a general-audience productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because your timesheet data lives only on your device, you control it directly — edit or delete any client or shift in the app, or uninstall the app to remove all local data. For purchase records held by RevenueCat or Google, or to request deletion of purchase data associated with your anonymous identifier, contact us at the address below and we will assist.
We may update this policy as the app evolves — for example, if we add new features. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. If we ever introduce advertising or analytics, we will update this policy and the app's Google Play Data safety information before doing so.
